$35 per person (check or Venmo) or $30 per with cash discount

What: Treatments are scheduled in 15 minute increments and include  examination and treatment which includes chiropractic manipulation, hypervolt percussion massage, soft tissue release and joint motioning.  Ergonomic, nutrition, stretching and relevant exercise wellness counseling.

Where:
We come to you and treat your employees on site.  We can work in any space that can accommodate a 6 foot portable table. We currently work in conference/board rooms, auto garages, kitchens, restaurants, airplane hangars and living rooms.

How: 
1.  We decide on a date and time frame.
2.  Create sign up list (if you want to track and manage) or we can use my scheduling software (if you would rather each person schedule themselves) 
3.  Employees get paperwork from my website or from scheduling software, download, fill out and bring with them to their appointment (paperwork only needs to be filled out once for first appointment).
​4  show up at appointed time, with paperwork (only needed on 1st visit)  and we evaluate and treat them.
